Upsell

Verb · Startup & VC

Definitions

  1. To sell a customer a higher-priced version, larger package, or more capable offering than what they currently use. Upselling works best when it reflects added value rather than pressure.

In plain English: Sell a customer a bigger or more expensive version of what they already use.
