No-Brainer Deal
Noun · Startup & VC
Definitions
An offer framed as so obviously valuable or low-risk that the customer should feel foolish saying no. In practice, so-called no-brainer deals still fail if timing, trust, or ownership are wrong.
In plain English: An offer that seems extremely easy and obvious to accept.
Example: "The founder pitched the pilot as a no-brainer deal because setup was free and success-based."
