1. To grow a company, product, or system without letting complexity or cost rise so fast that progress collapses. In startup language, scaling implies repeatability, not just getting bigger in a chaotic way.

   In plain English: Grow in a way that can keep working as size increases.

   Example: "The product could attract demand, but the delivery model did not scale yet."
