Definitions

1. A principle that encourages people to voice disagreement honestly during discussion, then support the chosen path once a decision is made. In team culture it is used to avoid both fake consensus and endless relitigation.

   In plain English: Voice disagreement, then commit to supporting the final decision.

   Example: "The meeting ended with a real disagree and commit moment: two engineers still preferred another design, but once the decision was made they helped make the chosen path succeed."
