From a developer perspective, the cloud platform defines the APIs, constraints, and capabilities that shape how systems are designed and delivered.

   In plain English: The cloud environment and services a team uses to build and run systems.

   Example: "They stayed on one cloud platform for the first phase because the team needed faster product delivery more than multi-cloud abstraction."
