Definitions

1. A concentrated team event where engineers, designers, PMs, and testers actively try to find defects in a feature or release candidate before launch. It is as much a coordination ritual as a testing activity, since many people test the same surface area in a short window.

   In plain English: A focused team session where everyone tries to find bugs before release.

   Example: "Let’s schedule a bug bash tomorrow so support and design can hit the new onboarding flow too."
