A reminder that responding to one bad choice with another usually does not improve the outcome. In engineering slang, it gets invoked when teams consider layering hacks on top of hacks.
In plain English: One bad move does not become good just because it responds to another bad move.
Example: "Patching the broken cache with a second unbounded cache was two wrongs engineering and everyone in the room knew it."
