Definitions

1. A structured review of a design proposal, whether visual, technical, or interaction-focused, to surface issues and improve alignment before implementation. In healthy teams design reviews are about critique and clarity, not performance and ego.

   In plain English: A review meeting or process for evaluating a design before implementation.

   Example: "The design review caught a major accessibility problem early, saving the team from rebuilding the whole flow after launch."
